1. Data we collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Waitlist / priority access details (name, email, country, platforms, follower range, message).
- Support emails and correspondence.
- Payout and tax details when you become eligible for payment (as required to pay you).
1.2 TikTok and other connected accounts
If you sign in with TikTok Login Kit, we receive data you authorise TikTok to share — typically identifiers (such as open_id), display name, username, avatar, and, if you grant additional scopes, profile stats and video metadata needed for campaign verification. We do not receive your TikTok password. Exact fields depend on the permissions you approve in TikTok’s consent screen.
1.3 Technical data
- IP address, browser type, device/OS, language preference, referring URL.
- Cookies and similar technologies (session, language preference, security/CSRF).
- Basic usage logs for security, rate limiting, and service reliability.
2. How we use data
- Operate and improve the Platform and creator campaigns.
- Authenticate you (including via TikTok) and maintain your session.
- Match creators to campaigns and verify posted content where required.
- Process payouts and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Respond to support requests and send service-related messages.
- Comply with law, platform policies (including TikTok Developer Terms), and enforce our Terms.
Legal bases under UK GDPR / GDPR (where applicable) include: contract performance, legitimate interests (security, product improvement, fraud prevention), consent (where we ask for it), and legal obligation.
3. Sharing
We may share data with:
- Service providers (hosting, email, analytics if enabled, payment processors) under contract.
- Campaign partners / rights holders, limited to what is needed to run and report a campaign.
- TikTok and other platforms, as required by their APIs and your authorisations.
- Authorities when legally required, or to protect rights, safety, and the Platform.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for login sessions, CSRF protection, and language preference
(creators_lang). These are necessary for the site to work as expected.
You can control cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may break login.
5. Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example account and campaign records for the life of the relationship plus a reasonable period for audits, disputes, and legal retention; waitlist data until you ask to be removed or the programme ends; server logs for a shorter security window unless an investigation requires longer.
6. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, and industry-standard practices to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use strong account hygiene on connected platforms.
7. International transfers
Data may be processed in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, or other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email creators@soolymusic.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the UK ICO or your local supervisory authority.
For TikTok-sourced data, you can also manage permissions in your TikTok account settings and disconnect the app. Some profile data is controlled by TikTok under their privacy policy.
9. Children
The Platform is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Significant changes may also be highlighted on the Platform.
